This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all users of the Pharmez mobile application. It outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation Policy:

– Transaction Cancellation: Users can cancel a transaction within the app before the transaction is finalized. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
– Account Cancellation: Users may choose to cancel their Pharmez account at any time. However, this does not automatically qualify for a refund of the remaining wallet balance.

3. Refund Policy:

– Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, users must submit a request through the app. The request will be reviewed by a manager for approval.
– Approval Process: Refunds are subject to approval. The decision to approve or deny a refund request will be made based on the circumstances of each case.
– Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method or as a credit in the app wallet, as applicable.
– Time Frame: The time frame for the refund to be processed can vary and users will be notified of the expected duration once the refund is approved.
– Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted in cases of misuse of the app, violation of the terms and conditions, or transactions made outside of the SEZ.

4. Limitation of Liability:

Pharmez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to financial losses.

5. Modifications to the Policy:

Pharmez reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users are advised to regularly review the policy.
